What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
Working through ADD issues that have caused work performance to suffer. Need to work on organization, reducing distractions, increasing productivity, time management to get work completed in a timely manner. Need to work on some sort of balance to be home at least some nights before 10-11 PM and see the family and help at home.

Nelson is 41, a federal agent in Denver. Diagnosed with ADD about 24 months ago and being treated with medication but he is struggling with lifelong habits that are hindering his work performance. Time management, organization, and productivity are all key areas that are suffering. He has realized that a coach may help him overcome some of these obstacles. He does very well with people interaction, conducting investigative interviews, etc. The trouble comes with the administrative parts of his work- uploading documents, writing reports, completing follow up work. He is very behind at work and even worse at home. He is working late nights and rarely has time with his family or time to help at home. The same projects have been on the "to do" list for years.
