The Goals Tool is designed to be a long list of all the wonderful things you want to do with your life. List all the small stuff as well as the big stuff. If you want to get your oil changed before it's overdue, add it. If you want to be a billionaire, put it in there too.
How do I create a goal?
It's easy. First, navigate to the goals section of the site. Then simply click the "+ New Goal" button.

How do I prioritize my goals?
To prioritize your goals, do the following:
- go to your profile by clicking on the "Me" tab on the main navigation once you are logged into Noomii.com
- click on the "goals" tab under your name to view your list of goals
- click on the "prioritize goals" link at the top right corner of the goals listing page
- click on the goal and drag it up or down in relation to the other goals
- save your changes
You can prioritize and re-prioritize your goals as often as you want.
What is a SMART goal?
A SMART goal is one that is Specific, Measurable, Attractive, Realistic, and Time-framed. SMART goals are so important that we've given them their own help page.
I have a lot of goals, which ones should I make SMART?
From your long list of goals, we suggest that you apply the 80 / 20 rule. In other words, spend 80% of your time making the top 20% of yous goals SMART. Put your energy into the goals you want to achieve the most. Research suggests that the more time you spend contemplating and visualizing your goals, the more likely you are to achieve them.
How do I add inspiring images to my goals?
Navigate to the goal to which you would like to add an image. Click "edit", then click on the "inspiring images" tab. Select "browse" and find the image you wish to upload, and click "done" when you are finished.
Why should I add images to my goals?
Adding images to your goals helps you visualize your goals. There is no end to the creative use of images and for starters, read our tips for adding motivating images to goals.
What's a to-do?
Each goal has a to-do list to help you chunk your goal down into smaller, more manageable parts.
What's the difference between a to-do and a commitment?
A commitment is a to-do that has been "committed". By committing to a to-do it appears on the coaching page. The idea is that you only commit to the most important actions that you want your coaching partner to hold you accountable to. Sure, you are going to complete many tasks throughout the week but reserve your commitments for the important tasks that will have the greatest impact in your life.
