Refund Policy for Noomii's Professional Coach Packages
Noomii offers month-to-month subscription billing with no long-term contracts. When you register for one of Noomii's paid packages, we charge your credit card upon registration. If at any time, you downgrade to the free account or cancel your paid account, you won’t be charged again.
As long as you are subscribed to one of our paid packages, we will charge your credit card every month on approximately the same day you originally subscribed. We do not process recurring credit card payments on weekends or on statutory holidays so for example, if you originally subscribed on the 1st of January and the 1st of February (the date of your second payment) falls on a weekend, we will process your payment on the Monday immediately following the 1st of February. Also, if you originally subscribed on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, your recurring billing date will be changed to the 1st of the month as soon as the month in which you are scheduled to be billed does not contain enough days. For example, if you originally register on January 29th, your next charge should occur on the 29th of February. Unless it is a leap year, February only contains 28 days and as such, we will reset your recurring billing date to occur on the 1st of the month and you will be charged on March 1st instead of the end of February. Thereafter, you will continue to be billed on the 1st of the month provided you maintain a subscription to one of our paid packages.
If you upgrade from a paid package to a more expensive package, you will be charged the new rate immediately and your recurring billing date will be adjusted to the date you last upgraded. For example, if you upgrade on January 1st and then upgrade to a more expensive package on January 15th, your next automatic credit card charge will occur on February 15th (or the next business day should the 15th fall on a weekend or statutory holiday). If you downgrade to a less expensive package, you will be charged the new rate for your new package starting on the next billing cycle.
If you downgrade or cancel your account after your credit card is charged, no refund will be issued. For example, if you sign up on January 1st and downgrade to a less expensive or free package on January 2nd, no refund will be issued. You still have to pay for the entire month of January and the changes to your account will be reflected in your next bill.
You are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. Because Noomii does not require long-term contracts, you may cancel your pay account or downgrade to a free account at any time.
