Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is an introductory coaching credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest governing body for coaches.
Minimum requirements for ACC credential:
- 60 hours of coach specific training
- 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
- 100 hours of client coaching
- 8 clients
- understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
- demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies

On the journey to following my heart, I’ve had to make some sacrifices…
… I passed up an opportunity to get my University career completely paid for because the cost would have been to do what others wanted me to do. I got student loans instead. I’m still paying them down … and loving it!
… Losing acceptance and support from family. I admit it was hard to not have their support but I survived and I seem to be back in the good books again ~ Woohoo!
Was it worth it? Without a doubt! Living a life according to my own values and goals has been the most satisfying feeling in the world.
It wasn’t always that way though… I used to adopt other peoples’ version of success and I thought that they knew what was best for me. I remember looking around at other people to see who I should be, what I should do, and how I should do it. Crazy, right?
It takes courage to do what YOU are here to do. .. and I believe you are here to do something big.

I began my sessions with Alycia almost a year ago and have most definitely benefited from them. Her positive energy has been a source of strength for me and I am always amazed at her incredible intuitiveness. Not only has she provided me with some much needed clarity in personal matters, she has also provided personal tools to help myself. Alycia has a genuine caring presence that makes you feel very comfortable when discussing subjects of a personal nature.
