I always aspired to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. After completing four years of study in psychology, I began my career as a training specialist at one of the world's leading corporations. In that role, I developed personal wellness learning programs, leading workshops on topics such as stress management, work/life balance, self esteem, & communication. It was here that I discovered my niche & went on to incorporate this same concern for the personal wellness of others throughout my subsequent years as a human resources executive. After a successful career as a Senior Executive Vice President of Human Resources, I began a rigorous accredited certification program for professional life coaching through the International Coach Academy in Australia. Most recently, I founded Thrive Consulting, where I dare my clients to “trade the lives they’ve fallen into for lives they’ll fall in love with“. Specialties include strengthening/repairing relationships, (using training received with expert Michael Smalley) goal or career achievement, stress management, self esteem, new beginnings, work/life balance, & time management.
My compassionate, encouraging, & fun style paired with proven coaching science & methods for change will meet you where you are & elevate you to new levels. The coaching style at Thrive Consulting creates a partnership with clients that is warm, supportive, & exciting, with no shortage of laughter & a healthy dose of tough love–But it’s important that the “chemistry” feels right to the client in order for the coaching experience to be all that it can be! A free consultation is the perfect way to make that discernment. Just ask! I work with client all over the world, and coaching (except for corporate clients) takes place conveniently over the phone or skype!
