Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is an introductory coaching credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest governing body for coaches.

Minimum requirements for ACC credential:

• 60 hours of coach specific training
• 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
• 100 hours of client coaching
• 8 clients
• understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
• demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies

About Me

Barbara has earned a degree in Youth Ministry/Psychology, an MBA and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She did her coach training at Western Seminary in Sacramento, California. She is also the Director of Women Entrepreneurs of Greater Sacramento, an organization dedicated to education and relationship building among women entrepreneurs.

She is the founder of New Doors Coaching and creator of the Every Woman a Leader TM group coaching program, Greatness InsideTM, as well as other group and Solo-Coaching Programs for Leaders and Businesswomen of Faith. She lives in Northern California with her husband David and their three dogs.
