About Me
I am extraordinarily blessed to be following my life’s passion as a Certified Professional Coach, based in the Pacific Northwest and serving clients across the country.
My specialty is Life & Leadership Coaching for Introverts.
Growing up, I thought I was socially inept and shy, alternately energized by people and exhausted by them. By most outward appearances, I was outgoing and friendly; inside, I was tired and more than a little stressed! I could be out with friends and have fun, and then I needed to recharge by crawling under the blankets for a while. I thought I was just low energy and perhaps not a “people person.”
What I didn’t know back then that I know now is that I am an introvert, and that is a strength! It’s a fabulous personality trait that is meant to be understood, owned and leveraged.
With me, you’ll find a uniquely safe space for you to process and succeed on your own terms. This space is created for you to journey into deep self-awareness, which enriches every area of your life (esp. career and relationships). You develop skills that help you work WITH your introversion, not against it. It’s not about changing who you are so you can be more extroverted; it’s about embracing and loving who you are, trusting your inner wisdom and truth.
My academic background is in music performance and arts administration. I spent 12 years working for various nonprofits in Wisconsin, Michigan and Washington, with responsibilities that included fundraising, marketing, public relations and grant making. My coach training training is through the highly respected inviteCHANGE (formerly the Academy for Coach Training). I am a Living Your Vision® Licensed Facilitator and an active member of the Puget Sound Coaches Association and International Coach Federation.
I offer one-on-one coaching, teleclasses, webinars and workshops. My continuing education includes studies in advanced coaching skills, Jungian psychology, Voice Dialogue and the Myers-Briggs assessment tool.
