Using Beth Smolen's life coaching services was one of the best decisions of my life. Yes, I know it sounds dramatic, but only language that strong can describe how I feel about her. I utilized her career coaching services- as a recent college grad, I was at a serious crossroads in life. From her pleasant phone voice to positive demeanor, I left every conversation feeling motivated, inspired, and ready for action. Beth helped guide me on to a path, using techniques such as weekly check-ups and assignments. Without her, I'm not sure how long I would have wandered around confused and unmotivated. I can't thank her enough for all she did for me! Even though I'm now happily settled, I still keep my weekly meetings with her- she's as excellent on short-term issues as she is on long-term ones. In addition to my career, she has also given me invaluable guidance with relationships, both business and personal. Thank you again, Positive B, for all your help!

Beth, I have to tell you that I have felt so very down in the dumps lately and our conversation today really just revived some hope inside of me! It is usually hard to persuade me that "everything is going to be alright"! I am eternally grateful to you for taking time out to talk to me right when I really needed it. I was actually thinking earlier today how I the people in my life aren't useful when it comes time for me to find someone to listen and give solid guidance; it just seems that everyone is too wrapped up in their own world's to care about mine. The time you spent listening and discussing my issue gave my comfort and clarity that I haven't felt in a long time. It amazes me how practical you are and how confident I felt in taking the turn down a new path after we spoke.
