Bonnie Copeland
Life Coach, Leadership Coach, Career Coach
I help people to plug into their own personal power to find balance, wellness and success through self awareness, communication and leadership skills.
About Me
My training began as a Professional Educator. I earned my undergraduate degree in Child Studies at Sir Issac Brock University. During this time I studied the congnitive, physiological and biological aspect of people from conception to adulthood. I was accepted to an exclusive program to earn my Bachelor of Education concurrently. During my 10 years of teaching I also earned a certificate as a Reading Specialist, Math Specialist and Special Education.
Soon after discovering the field of Life Coaching and realizing that many of the skills I was utilizing as an Educator were viable in the capacity of a Life Coach I began to research this evolving and exciting profession. The more I learned the more I felt very passionate about this path and made a choice to enter Life Coaching and effect a career change. I understand intimately the value of having a coach as I’ve also been coached myself. After studying and becoming certified with CTA I have found my own passion in life and would love to help you find yours.

I am a 38 year old single mom who has found herself looking for work for the second time in two years. Without Bonnie's help I would not have had the courage to take a leap of faith and start my own business. She has the ability to help you look at your life in a new light, open yourself up to new possibilities and call you on the areas of your life you try to hide from yourself and others. I would recommend this Life Coach to everyone I know.
