About Me

Bonnie is a leadership coach who uses the philosophy of Yoda to "do or do not, there is no try". Using this philosophy and a structured methodology, Bonnie works with her clients to distinguish between the noise and the nugget. Working with Bonnie in a collaborative fashion, you will eliminate the noise that gets in the way, discover your true opportunities (the "nugget") and develop an action plan to make it happen.

As a leadership coach, Bonnie helps leaders see themselves in ways that they may not be able to see on their own. She also works with individuals new to their role or the organization to better understand the culture, issues and measures of success.

Bonnie holds a mirror for each of her clients, so that they can see who they are and their possibilities. She is passionate about helping them understand themselves, their impact on others and how to modify behaviors and habits to build high performance, in both themselves and the teams that they lead.

As an executive compensation consultant in her past life, Bonnie has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of executives and boards of directors to build high performance and engagement, which has given her insights into different cultures, leadership styles and behavioral based issues.
