About Me

I am an action-oriented job search Coach who specializes in inspiring and educating mid-career professionals to take control of their job search and career success!

I spent over 22 years working in Corporate America where most days I dreaded going to work. Now, I get up every day excited to go to work to help my clients navigate the job search and career management maze.

I believe in a whole person approach to the job search and managing your career because you take YOUR whole self to work with you! If your work doesn't fit who you are, what your family and lifestyle requires, then you're not going to be happy at work.

The job search is not a fun process and that's why you need support to be successful at it. I believe in laying a strong foundation which will serve you well for your current search and beyond.

A strong foundation includes understanding your direction and what you're looking for, ensuring you have strong job search documents including your resume and making sure you are using the proper job search strategies. In addition, I support clients with interview preparation through job offer negotiations.

I have my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. In addition, I am certified through ReCareer, Inc. and the Job Loss Recovery Program.
