About Me

I believe our inner power and strength is a muscle that needs to be built, flexed and nurtured. Things like motivation, resiliency, self-confidence, focus, discipline and drive need to be built from the inside. I call these traits "personal leadership" and attention to this development makes the difference in those who commit to transition and see it through toward positive change and those who remain stuck and under developed.
Reading and self study make for a great start. However, to develop toward optimal performance, working with a coach makes all the difference. A coach will keep you on track, motivated and driving toward results like a locomotive. What we seek we already are and the coaching relationship brings this out.

I operate from a blended understanding of “soft skills” and street smart experience to enable your movement forward in the direction of your dreams.
The breadth and depth of my experience in corporate America, non-profit organizations, law enforcement and in senior management with the Federal Government has given me a wide variety of skills and experiences to draw on toward coaching for your productivity. My success is your success!

I have a BA in Biology and a BS in Environmental Studies and a Masters of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and I have been trained through Coachville and the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I am a member of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association and the International Coach Federation.
