Passionate... that's what I am. My greatest joy is helping people find excitement and satisfaction. What's your most prominent energy? Are you powerful and happy, or stuck and overwhelmed? Does your "to do" list and everyone elses' schedule control your time, or do you? Does life feel robotic and kind of blurry, or are you clear and purposeful everyday? I am intimately experienced in the life of a special needs family, being a homeschooling Mom of 4 kids, 2 of which are special needs. I "get it" about the challenges, and losses of that life. Yet I still believe that there are endless possibilities, not only for those who have ADHD and Asperger's , but also for the home life of everyone in the family, including siblings and parents. My ADHD Coach training, and my life lessons from these challenges are a huge help in my understanding of what works in helping you enjoy your life, no matter what it looks like. It's not what it is, but what you make it about that matters. And without a doubt the best you, is the best parent.
