Coach Details

I entered the world of Coaching in 1998 after I retired from a Professional Athletic Career in Track and Triathlon. The highlights of my professional Career was winning the World Ironman Series , being a member of Canada’s Elite team for 6yrs and winning Nationals at 16.
I continue to remain fit after 2 sets of twins:) Matias & Analiese 6yrs old and Kate & Mikaila -3yrs old.
and, this is a recent photo (JulY 09) of winning Triathlon Nationals – Long course for Masters ;) and making the Canadian team for age-group Worlds in Triathlon.
I obtained a Counselling certificate from UBC in 2000 and went on to train with the Coaches Training Institute and was certified by the ICF in 2004 as a CPCC and ACC.

was also a big influence/training and education on my Coaching as it works with the physical expression of the soul. I began working with NE in 2000 and it continues to be incorporated in my Coaching
