About Me

I am a Christian Women's Weight Loss and Habit Change Coach helping women achieve healthy and sustainable weight loss and closer intimacy with God. I help my clients change their habits including their thinking habits, which are at the root of most habit change. I incorporate prayer, Biblical principles and the leading of the Holy Spirit in all aspects of my work.

Ready for a habit change? Adding a good habit or stopping a bad habit--either way--which habit do you want to change today? I can help.

My coaching programs are based on solid core coaching principles. Also included are cognitive behavioral techniques, which have been proven to work with a wide range of habits. In addition I partner with the Holy Spirit in prayer for every client and every session. Typical habits I help people with include:

* Achieving and sustaining weight loss
* Starting and maintaining a regular exercise program
* Improving sleeping habits
* Stopping procrastination on health issues
* Kicking the stress habit
* Starting and maintaining personal devotional habits such as daily Bible reading and daily prayer times
* Stopping the habit of complaining and starting the habit of thanksgiving
* Getting rid of negative thinking habits

I offer private and group coaching programs.
