Coaching is a proven, cost effective means to improve performance, whether in terms of leadership, team or life. I am a professional coach with substantial leadership experience in a range of organizations.
I listen and offer objective, candid feedback.
I help clients understand how they see themselves, how others see them and how differences in perceptions impact performance.
I believe in people and help clients recognize what they are really good at. I ask the tough questions that build clients’ resilience and knowledge.
I help clients recognize and celebrate their potential.
My focus is on working specifically with leaders to strength their performance, with teams to improve cooperation, communication and decision making and with individuals to support them in moving forward with the most appropriate career and life choices.
I believe very strongly in the 'chemistry' between coach and client and will always offer my potential clients an opportunity to assess me in a meeting - ideally face to face - to assure themselves the fit is right.
It is a constant pleasure to work with my clients, to see them grow and develop new awareness of their strengths and potential.
I work both face to face and over the telephone with clients in Canada, the UK and USA.
