About Me
CJ Blancett is a former Domestic and Family Investigator who specialized in assisting individuals and families with children in crisis. After 17 years as a specialist in the field, and thousands of hours of analyzing the circumstances normally, and abnormally surrounding situational scenarios of conflict, she decided to focus on the proactive aspect, as opposed to the reactive aspect of conflict as a Conflicts and Strategies Coach.. Families, individuals, teens, male or female with concerns such as loss of work, loss of self esteem, inability to interact effectively with others, victim of school or cyber-bullying, workplace issues, sickness, debilitating illnesses, and even death have benefited through her guidance. Coaching with CJ will assist you in obtaining the perfect balance that will absolutely redefine you, and your life! Successful Coaching can be achieved via email, telephone, webcam, or one-on-one personal interaction, at a location of your choice. This allows the client to relax and receive their sessions, their way. It's never too late to start!

I normally have everything together, for everyone else because that's my job as a Shift Supervisor. I found once I got home, I literally fell apart.
