About Me

Colleen’s caring, creative and unique approach to coaching comes from her own personal story. Her decision to openly share her testimony as a survivor of domestic abuse for a local women’s shelter to help raise funds and social awareness was the catalyst launched her counseling and coaching career.
Colleen is passionate about helping women, adolescent girls, children of divorce and marriage relationships. She understands the special and unique needs of these populations and how their daily struggles affect all areas of their personal and professional lives.
Colleen’s philosophy draws from the belief that no one is born to fail; we cannot change our past but we can change our futures. When you have someone to talk to without judgment to assist you in developing a plan that is your vision of happiness, a since of fulfillment can be achieved. Colleen will walk with you through this life changing journey allowing you to discover who you were truly created to be, and begin your journey towards living the life you desire.
Colleen has a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and is currently perusing a PhD in philosophy. She an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), American Association Christian Counselors, and American and Missouri Association of Mental Health Counselors (MAMHC). Colleen is also a board member of the MAMHC.
