About Me

Thank you for your interest in my profile and an opportunity to experience Coaching. I specialize in coaching clients with ADD/ADHD or who are in some way dealing with ADHD in their lives. I also work with coaching clients looking for personal changes and building better relationships. I believe that the client is the expert on their own life and the direction of coaching is directly related to what they want to get out of coaching. By making assessments of your strengths and setting goals to mach your true intentions, you can be successful by being true to yourself. I am a member of Attention Deficit Disorder Association, ADHD Coaches Organization, and International Associations of Coaches. We can work together as partners in building the life you want.

Prior to coaching, I have spent 10 years as a Firefighter and a medic on an ambulance. Providing that service has allowed me the blessing of being with people at some of the worst possible times in there lives, and has reinforced skills of listening, empathy, and understanding. Just like in public protective services, nobody's situation is exactly the same, and it takes good assessment skills to sometimes reach the end goal.

Helping people has always been my calling. After being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and struggling to reclaim my life and find meaning in it, I decided I would help others facing similar challenges. No one should have to feel alone, and navigate discovering themselves and facing life's hurdles without support. As an ADHD Coach it is my humble privilege to partner with my clients in understanding and support so that they may also find their success.
