About Me

I was under contract to work with Access to Power/Knowledge without Boundaries and conducted webinars on Entrepreneurship, Building Business Relationships, Leadership, Listening, ECT. I have a radio show called Live without Limits on Blog Talk Radio where I discuss various topics on business. I took Stores Online presentation & learned about marketing & building a successful business on the Internet.

I am an Inscape Publishing distributor and use EPIC to offer online assessment profiles that generate reports for coaching on communication, building good teams, leadership, listening, learning, time management, stress management, diversity, sales & managing people.

I have a background in counseling and conducting group therapy sessions using Psychodrama and Transactional Analysis. I am currently working on establishing a NPO called International Disabled Entrepreneurs, Inc. to teach people with disabilities the skills they need to have their own business and to offer low interest loans.

I have Cerebral Palsy and was educated before there were laws guaranteeing people with disabilities the right to an education, therefore my teachers didn't understand that I learn differently, that is why I tailor my coaching to the needs of the individual.

I live in the USA so my stories are based on personal experiences. Jobs that existed 10 years ago don't exist today, jobs that exist today didn't exist 10 years ago, and there will be jobs in the future that haven't been invented yet. Jobs today are technology driven so unless people are willing to change their thinking about a job today they will be left behind.

There are 4 generations in the workplace today. The mature born before 1945 who are least prepared for the new workplace, the baby boomer born between 146-1964 and generation X born between 1964-1980 who need to learn to adapt, and the Millenials born between 1980-the Present who grew up using this technology and know how to use the Internet to build a business.
