Professional Certified Coach (PCC) is an advanced coaching credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest governing body for coaches.
Minimum requirements for PCC credential:
- 125 hours of coach specific training
- 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
- 750 hours of client coaching
- 25 clients
- understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
- demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies
My ideal client is any young adult (17-30) who is struggling with their career direction. I work with people who want to understand how to make confident career or educational choices.
About Me
Deb has been coaching people in career exploration since 2007 and enjoys working with people, in particularly youth who are in transitions. As kids finish high school there are so many unanswered questions which related to the next steps that they may want to take to move forward in their life.
