About Me

I entered the coaching profession after spending over 20 years as a Marketing and Human Resources executive. Having focused on the human development aspect of business, along with the creative process of marketing, I found that the clients I attracted were committed to not only their professional growth, but that they sought a coach who could strategize with them to maximize their talents in leadership, strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, assertiveness & building confidence.
My coaching philosophy focuses on behavior change and skill enhancement through self awareness of both strengths & limitations, clearning blocks to effectiveness,& coaching the client to take consistent and progressive steps toward reaching a goal (personal, professional, organizational.) I've been told by clients that I have a very approachable style, have in-depth business understanding, and strong insights. I'm able to provide feedback in a way that the clients can hear it and act upon it. I developed many tools as a trainer, and utilize these tools to customize a plan for clients to reach their goals. My education includes an M.S. in Organizational Development from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA and I received my coach certification training from IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). To help clients understand themselves I obtained certifications in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DISC, Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument, and the Booth Generall Management 360 instrument. I have an affiliation with the Ken Blanchard Companies, where I serve as a Leadership Coach. I designed and currently teach a coaching certification program at two colleges in NJ and PA.
I am co-author of an upcoming book, Ready, Aim, Excel, which features Marshall Goldsmith and Ken Blanchard. I serve on the Board of a national marketing svcs company, am a consultant volunteer for the Business Volunteers for the Arts in Phila, PA and do volunteer work for the Women's Oppty Ctr in NJ.
