About Me

Duanna is a certified coach who specializes in entrepreneurship and executive coaching. She brings over 10 years of coaching experience and a background of magazine journalism to her practice.

She works with entrepreneurs who are also first-time leaders of their businesses in the areas of sales & marketing, team performance and leadership.

Duanna was the International Coach Federation Alabama Chapter President for 2007 & 2008.

Currently, she is on the Advisory Committee of Coaching The Global Village, a non-profit that brings coaching skills to grassroots leaders of Third World communities, with the intention of transforming them through leadership skills.

Duanna is also the Diversity Chair of the Birmingham Society of Human Resource Management.
