Transition through your divorce with more peace and clarity. Are you ready to acknowledge the end or your marriage and rediscover who you are? With the right tools, you can thrive, not just survive.
About Me
I remember vividly the day I knew my marriage was over. The devastation was physically unbearable. Other than my father’s death, I had never experienced such a physical reaction to an emotional hurt. My moods shifted from deep sorrow to anger & resentment hourly. I felt helpless as I attempted to manage the most basic of my day to day activities. Although I was given support by well-meaning family & friends, I often felt alone & ashamed.
The end of my marriage was not an unexpected surprise, I had been living in an unhappy marriage for years. What was surprising was the absolute conviction I felt when I finally knew it was over Admitting this to myself however, was paralysing. The thought of having to make it on my own terrified me but I could no longer deny that I was dying inside. It became clear that if I didn’t change this piece of my life, I would become more closed off, bitter & resentful.
I truly understand the fear, sadness, anger & isolation you may be feeling. I applaud your courage, at whatever stage of separation or divorce you find yourself, & I acknowledge how difficult it can be to reach out for support.
While leaving my marriage was one of the most difficult decisions I have made in my life, it has been one of the most empowering. My personal experience along with an extensive journey in my own personal development has given me insight & understanding in how to transition through divorce with sanity & dignity. It is now my passion to support & empower you as you transition through your divorce by helping you move beyond what lies on the surface, inviting you to rediscover your dreams & connect to your authentic power. It is only then that you will be able to experience meaningful & lasting change & design the life that most fully brings you alive.
I am member of The International Coach Federation holding my Associate Certified Coach designation as well as my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation through The Coaches Training Institute

It is clear that Edi 'walks her talk'; I always had a sense that she was coming from the place of one who has taken transformational steps in her own life.

Edi is a vibrant motivational coach who helps women in transition get past their fears and learn to take the steps they need to live the lives they really want. Her passion is seeing her clients become excited about new possibilities, then going forward to create ways of living and working that have joy and purpose.

Working with Edi allowed me to view my life from a different perspective. She coached me through the process of defining my values, and making decisions in my life that were in line with the space which I wanted to move towards. She is a pleasure of a person, but serious and clear-minded in her coaching work.

I am thankful, in particular, at your 'getting' what I'm afraid of and feeding it back to me in a very articulate fashion...I felt heard and that was freeing...it was instrumental in the forward movement that I experienced today
