Eliza Everett San Diego, California
Life Coach, Leadership Coach, Business Coach
I was working 60 hours a week as a director of a sales team when I came across a professional coach and consultant with a background similar to my own. This was a pivotal moment for me in my life and career. I saw an opportunity to do work I was passionate about, empowering people to grow and be fulfilled in their lives, and fulfill on my own lifelong dream of working for myself. A week later I registered for a year-long coach training program with Accomplishment Coaching (an accredited program through the International Coach Federation) and a month after that I started living my dream!
Prior to coaching the majority of my professional experience was in sales, recruitment, management, training, and mentoring. I worked directly with healthcare professionals, providing education and coaching on career opportunities and decisions; creating and implementing sales training programs as well as managing recruitment sales teams in various business settings, from start-up companies to mid-size corporations.
It was through the support of my own coach that I was able to see clearly the future I wanted to create for myself and take powerful actions towards getting there. I went from 60 hours a week, barely sleeping, and constantly stressed, to waking up every morning with a smile on my face and excited about life.
I truly believe in this work and would love to talk to anyone interested in finding out how coaching will empower their lives.

Eliza always knows just what to say to help me refocus or look at the issue in a different way. I know I have adjusted much better than I would ever have without her coaching. I would be very confident is recommending Eliza as a life coach to anyone.Shari, Finance/Executive Assistant, Minneapolis-St Paul Minnesota
I can't say enough about Eliza and her Coaching. She always brings her best to our coaching sessions, and I'm continually impressed by her ability to help me stay focused on what's most important. We've worked on everything from reconciling emotions around old personal relationships to daily and weekly tasks that keep my business growing. The thing I like most about Eliza is her bravery. She doesn't hesitate to help me push through tough challenges, or challenge me when my words and actions are at odds with my goals and dreams. Hire her. You'll be so glad you did!Amy, Business Owner / Executive Chef, San Diego California
