About Me
For over 30 years I have been helping people overcome the most significant blocks and restore confidence and enthusiasm. I have worked with high functioning execs, national level performers as well as combat veterans with PTSD and those who have been completely disillusioned with spirituality, self help and their own ability to have a life worth living.
I utilize various techniques, I am a meditation master, a teacher of many different traditions and an EFT expert. But what I teach is mastery not technique. You have enough technique I am sure. But what you need is the inner resources to access that skill. THAT does not require more skill. It requires a shift in perception and large does of self-acceptance and unconditional love.
