Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is an introductory coaching credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest governing body for coaches.
Minimum requirements for ACC credential:
- 60 hours of coach specific training
- 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
- 100 hours of client coaching
- 8 clients
- understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
- demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies

About Me
I am a Certified Professional Coach, Director on the Board of the New York Chapter of the International Coach Federation, Advanced Reiki Practitioner, speak 6 languages, have 20 years of experience in international companies in sales, marketing and customer service, and find divine inspiration in cows. (Yes, you read that correctly!)
My belief is that we are all capable of achieving our deepest desires, but that we tend to create stories in our mind that keep us from living the life we really want.
My desire is to help you "bust through your bull and better your life" so you can be in alignment with yourself and live a more authentic life. I work with clients who feel disempowered and lost in their businesses, finances, and relationships. I'm for you if you have now realized you are ready to tap into your personal power, but cannot seem to extract yourself from feelings of limbo, and drama fostered by colleagues, partners, family, etc.
My process is to help bring you to awareness of who you are in your life, how that is helping and hurting you, and develop a path with you that will lead you to empowerment in your finances, business, and relationships.
