When I think of those who have helped me most in life, you and the Career Crafting program come to mind. In a few short weeks you have made a difference to me and to those who depend upon me for sustenance, nurturing, capability and strength.

You listened to me from a quiet place within you and rendered from this same place the blessings of surprise and discovery that brought back my spirited interest in life, my desire to do meaningful work and an expanded ability to express myself in all situations and relationships. You gave me both the emotional and pragmatic tools I needed to transcend any seeming setback and transform frustrations into new possibilities.

I want to thank you for the Career Crafting program and all your encouragement and support. Over the past year I've realized many of my goals in fine art photography.

These goals were lifetime desires but were put on the "back shelf" because they seemed so impractical. I now believe artists can make money from their art. Its easy to believe it now that I'm doing it. Through the Career Crafting program, I became more focused, enthusiastic and successful. Thank you!

Howard, I have great news. People are coming up and talking like never before. Patients are starting to pour in. I am so excited to report my progress. I am happy with the results over the three coaching sessions we did. I think that we worked through some great things.

When I met Howard Sambol, I was 32 years old, and at a dead-end career-wise. I attended his Career Crafting weekend Intensive and had a breakthrough. I knew what I wanted to do with my life and from that weekend on, things changed for me.

I started a small business, named Action Plan Systems to help small business owners with time management and organization. After a few years this morphed into a marketing consulting, coaching and design firm called Action Plan Marketing.
