I primarily coach Generation Xers.
My typical clients are Gen Xers that are faced with many challenges such as moving up within their careers because of the non-retiring Baby Boomers that are staying in roles longer, managing one's boss, building strong relationships within their Power Base,engaging and mobilizing their employees, eliminating behavioral blind spots that could derail a career, identifying and reframing limiting beliefs, understanding and navigating the politics of an organization, helping an executive manager transition to a new role, building a high performance team and culture to managing one's time.

I am an effective Generation X leader with more than 15 years experience. Walked the Walk! My philosophy is simply all about results. I have a proven track record as an executive in the Health Care/Medical Device arena. Once you hire me it's all about getting you immediate results and I will hold you accountable given you want to be coached.
My methodology starts with a detailed assessment, analysis of the insights given and then I will customize a plan based on your goals and desired results.
