About Me

Im a Co Active Coach by Coaches Training Institute & in process of obtaining the Certified Professional Co Coach (CPCC) equivalent to ICF ACC certification
Im going through a life transformation phase of my life since I started my coaching training back in October 2009, because of Coaching I started my first company. This happened after I have been talking about starting a company for the last 12 years.
I named my company, authenticity; the facebook page name is (authenticity.ae). The name describes me, unfortunately, life kind of took me away from being myself but now Im determined to be authentic in everything.
Some of my values are fairness, sharing knowledge, caring about others, contribution.
My training as a Coach has qualified me to address clients fulfilled life, living a life of choice, and being present in the moment. I coach by keeping the client agenda, I don’t plan anything for the client and usually the sessions are profound conversations. I do not provide answers, rather I ask powerful questions and through a co active relationship. As any coach I start with a discovery session, which I like to call a awakening session, since through this 3-4 hours session the client rediscovers and reconnects some of her or his authentic self, determines his plan, her values, set goals for different areas of life, and carry out several exercises that act as support tools to the client in his journey with a coach.

I have studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of South Carolina (Columbia, SC, USA) and graduated in May 1996. I got my MBA from the University of Bradford (UK). I have 10 years experience as Project Manager in Oil and Gas field. 2 year as a Department Director and now Im a Consultant for Excellence and Performance
