Minimum requirements for ACC credential:

• 60 hours of coach specific training
• 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
• 100 hours of client coaching
• 8 clients
• understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
• demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies

About Me

In 20+ years of progressively more responsible business experience, Jean believes that finding the leader within yourself is the key to success in business and in life.

Jean is a certified professional coach, an adjunct MBA professor, a business skills trainer, and an organization development consultant.

Jean has coached hundreds of executives and professionals in many industries including health care, communications, technology implementation, management consulting, government, law, and higher education. Jean combines the intuitive and the practical to help her clients uncover new perspectives, practice new tools, and renew their courage to pursue, with confidence, what is most important.

Jean received her coach training and certification through The Coaches Training Institute, an internationally recognized coach training school and is also certified through the International Coach Federation.

Jean completed her Masters degree in Organization Development at Loyola University Chicago and her B.A. from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Jean holds an adjunct position at Dominican University teaching Organizational Behavior in the MBA curriculum at the River Forest, Illinois and Brno, Czech Republic campuses. She also designed and delivers Leadership Training to emerging leaders in Chicago communities.
