About Me
Hi! As a client, your job is to show up fully, with an open heart and mind. As a coach, my job is help you access the information, insight and clarity and strategic intuition that you own within yourself, yet haven't claimed or acted upon - up til now. I offer unconditional confidence in you, along with inquiries, invitations, for insight, action, and follow-up within a spacious, playful, dynamic space that is confidential, safe and often a lot of fun. I am a very nice person, AND, I will happily get in your face or give you a friendly kick in the pants, if that is what you want and need. I love and endorse my clients wholeheartedly and choose to work with people who care immensely about using their influence to promote the wellbeing of other people and the planet.
Whether you come to coaching primarily for help with your personal or professional life, I often find that clients who work with me often find that once they let WHO they are inform WHAT to do in one situation, the habit of living freely and powerfully from the inside out becomes happily pervasive and informs every other dimensions of life. I invite my clients to foster potent self-care practices that foster a capacity to be calm, clear, courageous and creative amidst life's insanities and opportunities, empowering them to flourish unconditionally.
I received my training from Coach U and have a background in Education, Writing, Wellness, Clinical Pastoral Education and Dance. I am happily married to a family practice physician, with three lovely children who teach me about life everyday.
