About Me

I have been a coach for six years. I completed coach training at Duke University's business coaching certification program.

My coaching process is fairly straightforward. My style is to engage in open and honest dialogue and work with my clients to create compelling reasons to move forward in their life. My clients and I work to develop a road map that will be the foundational piece - emotional, intellectual, practical aspects of making changes that matter in their lives.
