I am a Work-Life Balance Expert & Coach. I work with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and others who struggle with time issues, stress, or feeling STUCK! My clients want to balance their personal and professional life and, would like to have less stress and create more happiness & fulfillment.
What separates my service from other coaches is that I ONLY work with clients that struggle with time issues, stress, or feeling Stuck & I ONLY specialize in work-life balance, nothing else. Because of this my clients receive proven, specific information on how to have less stress, create more balance, & fulfillment in their personal and professional life.
My ideal clients are willing to play full out, committed to being coach-able, responsible for their results, and committed to the coaching process, even if it's uncomfortable. They see the value of investing in their personal development, and are willing to commit 100% to their goals.

To watch a client have a transformational shift or breakthrough in their thinking and behavior is priceless. I love making a difference in the quality of my client’s lives and sharing in their excitement as they reach their goals!
As a Life Coach one of my roles is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. Helping you make radical improvements in your life is my focus.
My coaching program helps you discover what's really most important in your life. I help you design a plan to achieve those things, and I work with you to eliminate any obstacles or blocks that stand in your way. My skills are about knowing the right questions to ask and having the right tools and techniques to empower you to find those answers within yourself.
I'm certified as a Master Coach & NLP Practitioner by the Certified Coaches Federation. I also have certifications in accountability & Strategy from JTS Advisors. I'm involved in ongoing education.
