It was fantastic for me spending time with you this morning. The feedback you gave on my leadership is so valuable that I will never forget that you're the one person who has propelled me with feedback needed to get to a higher leadership level and hopefully be a blessing to more people wherever I might be.

I'd like to say that it was fantastic spending time with you because your development feedback in just less than an hour was very targetted and spot on. I have always been dreaming of having a mentor in life and the 1 hour with you gave me the feedback I need to stay on track and have the key focus points ; and so soon be the higher level leader that would honor God in any place. I'd surely (by His grace) do your suggested focus points and will get a copy of Dr Tim Elmore's book.
