I recently worked with Judy in her coaching practice. I had a 3 month contract to work on my professional development plan so I could continue to move forward in my career. Judy was very skilled at keeping me on track and asking really insightful questions that lead me to some great self discoveries. I was able to accomplish more than I actually thought I would in our time together and I think in part it was because I was able to use the learning from our discussions right after our session. I can't thank Judy enough for her support and "questions". I am definitely headed in the right direction

Judy worked with me and my team for 6 weeks as part of a team coaching program. She was able to bring out issues from the team that had been hampering our progress for the past year. She was able to create an environment whereby we were able to talk openly and in a spirit of learning. We were able to recognize how we inadvertently had created a blaming culture that was shutting down our trust and therefore our willingness to take risks. Our team is much more open to "tough conversations" as we understand each others intentions and goals. This was the best form of training I have ever been in.

I worked with Judy in her Leadership Transition program. I had accepted a much more senior role in a new company and I was very afraid of failing in this new role. Judy coached me through the first 90 days and was instrumental in keeping me on track of my new responsibilities but more importantly working with me to develop my leadership style. In a new role it is very easy to get caught up in the day to day operations while neglecting to demonstrate the leadership skills you want to be known for. Many of these issues are so subtle that I would have missed them. Judy's questions taught me how to think through my actions and be consistent in all my actions. I have since been promoted to a VP role and I don't think this story would have happened if I hadn't invested in coaching with Judy.

Judy helped me the put infrastructure into my business. My goals are to expand beyond my two locations but I didn't have the processes and systems in place to do this. Although we were doing well I knew I could do better. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted but didn't know how to start. Judy helped me develop clarity and set goals that I could accomplish. My team responded extremely well to her practical approach to business as well as her sense of humour. I would not hesitate to recommend Judy. We really enjoy working with her.
