EDUCATION:
I graduated from college as a RN and have 20 years experience in acute Onocology Hospital settings. I have changed my focus from illness to wellnes, and have graduated,after completing a year long course as a Health-wellness Coach.
SPECIALIZATION:
Individual and Group Coaching, Stress Management, Health Seminars with focus on Easy Steps to Health and Six Stages of Change, Alternative Healthcare with a Return to Wellness during and after a chronic illness, Get The Healthy Edge-focus to understand the concept of releasing weight, and Book Study Groups.
PERSONAL:
As a RN, in the hospital setting, I saw doctors puttings “bandaides” on medical issues that were presented as illness. I have realized that there was a strong desire for people to want a change in their lives, and to focus on today and the future, obtain a positive life style, and to live a life of their dreams.For this reason, I am focusing on Health and Wellness,and assisting people to make the necessary changes in their lives.

MY INTEREST:
I enjoy the outdoors by hiking/walking with family/friends and my dogs in Colorado. I have an interest in cooking and eating healthy food. I have a belief in God and the companionship of church. I love being with family and friends, and meeting new people.The excitment of traveling to old familiar places,and venturing to new places sets my heart to pump faster. Fitness on a daily basis is a goal,even if it is jogging up and down my stairs on a wintery day.
MY FAVORITE PASTIME:
I love being with people and to interact with others,and to hear what their goals and dreams are. The companionship of another Human being is a gift from God.

About Me:

I am an RN for the past 20 years and have specialized in the Onocology Hospital setting. Having had extensive interest in acute illness, I have realized that even through illness, we can focus on Wellness or living through illness, and to live each day to it’s highest potential. I have now transformed my interest in coaching people to make their own necessary CHANGES. I am now focus on assisting others as a Health-Wellness Coach, and using my experience as a RN to help others to focus on making changes to obtain Wellness.

Life Purpose:

As a Health-Wellness Coach, I have changed the purpose of my life to assist people in changing their life,and to assist them to live their life to their highest potential each day. Assisting others to change their focus from illness and negative aspects of their lives, to focus on daily changes to obtain their goals in life, to focus on today and the future, to obtain a positive Life Style, and to live a life of their dreams.

Interests:

I have interest in the outdoors and enjoy hiking/walking with my dogs in the fresh air of Colorado. I also enjoy fitness and a healthy life style, concentrating on eating a healthy diet and managing an active lifestyle.I love being with people, family and frinds, and meeting new people.
