I set myself apart from other life coaches by my use of creative resources to inspire clients to remove blocks and move forward in life or business. I draw on my own musical experience, as well as other creative resources such as Vision Boards and journalling.

I believe that people have inside them all the tools and resources they need to succeed, but that they may need the help of a coach to access these tools.

I have achieved particular successes in coaching clients towards greater confidence and self-belief, moving forward in life into areas they had previously believed they could not access. I have also coached musicians including sufferers of performance anxiety), and writers.
