About Me

Educated in clinical psychology and as a substance abuse counselor & school counselor, with a vast background in each of these areas, my practice offers low cost coaching for the individual who is wrestling with significant life issues. My background in dance also provides me with a perspective on careers in the arts as well as those in academia and the helping professions. The goal of my work with clients is to assist them in resolving their difficulties in as short a time as possible in an atmosphere that is non-judgmental, supportive, and with the wisdom and knowledge that has been derived from years of work, family and life experiences.
