I would highly recommend that anyone who is either currently in a ministry position, or is seeking a ministry position, meet with a Leadership Coach regularly for emotional and spiritual health. I started meeting with Ken several months ago and I cannot say enough about his willingness to help and his attention to detail. During our sessions he has helped me to overcome obstacles, become a more engaging communicator, and a better problem solver as a leader in ministry. He was also there to push and challenge me to grow in my faith and as a leader. If you or someone you know is considering hiring a Leadership Coach to partner with I strongly recommend that you give Ken a call. You will be glad you did!
