About Me
My clients want to grow personally. I love working with clients who have dreams for a healthy lifestyle, such as losing weight or committing to a workout plan. I love working with people who are debating their next career move or finding that they've never loved their career and are choosing to make a positive change towards one that they love! I want people to feel successful and balanced in their life. All of that might be under one persons umbrella so I love helping people find the balance in life and live joyfully and easily.
As a coach, I provide:

For the last 18 years I’ve worked in the technology industry as a marketing professional. My many job experiences, as well as the learning opportunities from managers, have shaped my career and life. Throughout the changes in my career, I’ve always been drawn to helping people. This led me to find a way to support others in a meaningful way. Personal Leadership and Growth coaching is the perfect blend of my career experience paired with supporting people as you grow and change in your life. I’m excited to support people on their journey and look forward to supporting you.
I am a graduate of Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. I am a graduate of the Coach for Life program. I'm thrilled to be progressing towards my ACC and ICF certification.
