About Me

I work with individuals seeking to create positive change in their life and work. I have a bachelors degree in Human Relations, a masters degree in Human Resource Development and I'm a certified life coach through the Adler Graduate School in MN. I have over 20 years of Human Resources experience working in both to for-profit and non-profit sectors. I am married, a mother of two and I believe that life is too short to spend it working in a job or career that doesn't excite you. I believe we each have natural talents and gifts we are meant to share with the world. I believe work should and can be enjoyable. I believe that no matter what our current life situations may be, we can create the future we want.
