About Me

Kyla is a coach and facilitator offering leadership, career, business and change coaching.

Kyla’s coaching expertise is grounded with a background as a human resources specialist, with over 10 years’ experience across HR including learning and development, employee relations and organisational health. Kyla is an experienced project manager, team leader and manager, who has worked across a diverse range of organisations in the private sector and in government, both in Australia and in the UK.

Kyla is an active member of the leadership team of the Queensland sub-chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), focusing on communication and marketing.

Kyla is deeply concerned about climate change and minimising her own environmental impact. Her business uses 100% green energy, 100% post-consumer recycled paper, runs as close to paperless as possible, and uses local green suppliers.
