About Me
My name is Lalaina Knowles. I am a Best Selling Author, Certified Life Strategies Coach Practitioner and the owner of Total Transformation Center, a life coaching firm located in Central Florida. I love helping others see their true worth because I lived so long without knowing my own. After 20 years of trudging to work in the field of Social Services, I had almost given up. But then, with the help of my own coach, I was able to see myself with new eyes, let go of some old fears and habits and allowed myself be my authentic self. During eight exhilarating years working at a new job that made a real difference in the world, I discovered an ability to energize, encourage and walk beside others in their own life journeys and that led me to become a coach. When I am not coaching, I love spending time with family and friends, writing, attending theater, traveling and curling up with a good book. Giving back to my community is equally important as I serve as Co-Founder of Moving On Up Ministries in Plant City, Florida, volunteer for The Girls Scouts of America, Department of Juvenile Justice and Reading is Fundamental. My clients come from all walks of life and include celebrities, authors and housewives just to name a few and while I provide quality, top notch life coaching, I feel that life coaching should be not only available but affordable for all this is why we do not turn down anyone who is serious about making a true life change based on the inability to pay.
