About Me

Hello, my name is Lara Michelle Aitken, I grew up in Philadelphia, Pa., where I began to study medicine. I moved to Orlando Fl., in 1995 and continued to study different types of Alternative Medicine.

~I am a Fl. licensed Acupuncture Physician. I attended The Florida College of Integrative Medicine and graduated in 2002. I hold a Bachelor of Professional health studies, and a Master of Oriental Medicine degrees. I am certified to perform Acupoint Injection Therapy, or Biopuncture, including Mesotherapy (weight loss/ wrinkle reduction).

~I am a Fl. licensed Massage Therapist. I attended Wood Hygienic Institute and graduated in 1995. Some of the modalities I use are Thai, Reflexology, Reiki, Healing Touch and Shiatsu.

~I am also a Certified Hypno-therapist and Certified Master Life and Business Coach.

~I am a Certified Herbalist in American and Chinese Herbs.
