About Me

I have experience in coaching individuals with career transitions and wanting to find another career which is more rewarding; areas of health wellness and spiritual wellness; relationship issues with a spouse or significant other and relationship issues with themselves which reached issues of self esteem. Other areas of coaching have been with what is next in life for the individual and ways to create a more fulfilling life and live with joy, harmony, and peace of mind.

I have been doing life coaching for years. I enjoy coaching individuals who are looking to reinvent themselves and looking at their lives to see what is next in creating a more fulfilling life. I have found it rewarding to be in partnership with a client and co-create joy and happiness in their lives. I have found that life coaching in not only a discovery process for my clients, it is also a discovery process for me as their coach!

Life Coaching has been a transformational process for me as a person. Prior to my training as a Life Coach, I noticed that something was missing in my life. I had a sense that there was something else for me to do in this life. I was looking for a career transition to another career that would be more fulfilling and rewarding. I found Life Coaching and I knew once I started this training that I was "home" and this was the place for me to find what was missing in my life. I want to share this process with my clients because I see coaching as a way of finding out what is missing in their lives. I believe that understanding oneself and accepting who we are is the first step towards a more fulfilling life.

I have a Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a Doctorate in law. I received coaching training through Accomplishment Coaching Training Programs. I speak fluent Spanish.
