About Me
I began my career began as a pain management physician. Over time, I found I wanted to offer my clients something beyond conventional Western medicine, which led to me to study stress management as well as mind body medicine.
As I learned about the truly endless health benefits of good nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, positive psychology and life balance, I became increasingly interested in the connection between health and happiness, often called well-being.
There are research-proven, predictable ways to maximize success when people seek to make change, which I now have the skills to offer as a result of additional training and certification as a professional coach.
Coaching emphasizes nonjudgmental collaboration, careful listening and achievable goal-setting. I help people take the steps they need to, to find and emphasize their strengths, envision what they want in their their lives, and make make lasting life change of almost any kind.
Coaching isn’t therapy; I don’t try to fix or heal you. I assume you are whole and simply in need of a spark to help you reach your most important goals, enabling you to be your best self, to create a needed balance in your life.
The people I work with reach for all kinds of goals, not just health-related; managing stress, creating a meditation practice, building their inner strengths, focusing on their business or marriage or finding a way to balance all they hope to achieve, or have achieved.
