About Me

I'm someone who seeks and encourages growth in my own life and the lives of my family and friends who surround me. Coaching is a passion of mine and in one way or another I have been acting as a coach for most of my life. I am 100% committed to taking this journey with you, but as my client, you are ultimately responsible for the actions you take (or do not take) throughout the coaching process. Your dreams, visions, life experience and personality are unique to you; so we will work together to create a process that works best for you.

I have been working as a coach with clients to transform their lives since 2006. I'm a member of the Toronto Chapter of the International Coach Federation, and received my designation as a Certified Professional Coach in 2008 from the International Coach Academy.

I hold an Honour`s B.A. in Peace & Conflict Studies & Political Science from the University of Toronto and I am currently pursuing an M.A. in Conflict Analysis & Management with Royal Roads University, as well as training in Transformative Mediation.

Having spent over a decade in the non-profit sector, working with organizations that include the Canadian Red Cross, the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON), Katimavik and Indigo Books & Music`s Love of Reading Foundation, I am deeply committed to building communities. I have also been involved in teaching, training/workshop development & facilitation, and non-profit consulting. Most recently, I spent two years as a Country Manager, establishing the Canadian office of Blue Ocean Strategy, an emerging management consulting firm.
