About Me
Trained as a Co-Active coach and specializing in positive psychology, Leslie works with clients around the globe to help them gain deeper insight and direction to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Leslie has coached everyone from recent college graduates to top Executives at Nike and has a passion for human development and transformational growth. She views coaching as a harmonious blend of personal curiosity, creativity, and belief in human potential.
With a background in leadership development and education, Leslie brings a unique flair to her coaching practice that incorporates a keen sense of insight and intuition with a healthy dose of play. Leslie is a skilled facilitator, trained coach, and cross-cultural educator. She is expert at engaging groups in challenging and growth-oriented conversations.
In addition to completing two UCLA degrees (B.A. in Communications and Master's of Education), Leslie was trained by The Coaches Training Institute. Combining recent research in positive psychology with a Co-Active approach, her coaching style brings both the coach and client into a powerful alliance designed to forward and enhance the lifelong process of human learning, effectiveness, and fulfillment. She is also an active member of the NW Coaches Association, a local ICF chapter.
