About Me

I believe we all unintentionally block our growth at certain points in life. As your coach I will commit to assisting you in removing that blockage enabling you to reach your desired goal(s).
I received my formal coach train at The Coaches Training Institute. I believe the Co-active approach to Coaching provides the best results. I earned my Master's degree in Special Education. I've worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor with adults and adolescents, I currently provide Therapeutic and Behavior Counselor to elementary age students and high school students exiting the Juvenile Justice Program. I am a retired Navy veteran. I stand ready to move you forward!
